1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed via this online shop. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.

2. Contract

The product presentation is not a binding offer. By submitting your order you make a binding offer; the contract is concluded by our order confirmation or by delivery.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are subject to statutory VAT plus shipping. Payment by advance payment, direct debit, invoice or cash on delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the specified delivery address within the times stated in the product description.

5. Retention of title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

6. Liability

Statutory liability for defects applies.

7. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
